1Workspace Provisioning & Account Responsibility

When creating an organization or tenant workspace on Staykar Resort, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and controlling role-based access permissions (RBAC) granted to your team members.

Staykar Resort guarantees complete data boundary isolation via MongoDB document-scoped tenant interception, ensuring no cross-tenant data accessibility.

2Subscription Billing, Indian GST & Razorpay AutoPay

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Recurring payments are handled via Razorpay AutoPay e-mandates or international card gateways.

In compliance with Indian taxation regulations, official SAC 998315 tax invoices detailing applicable CGST/SGST (18%) or IGST (18%) will be generated automatically upon each successful billing transaction.

3Pluggable Cloud Storage & Data Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all assets, files, and database entities uploaded to your workspace. Staykar Resort does not inspect, sell, or utilize your proprietary assets.

Files stored in our pluggable S3/Cloudflare R2 storage layer are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and served via cryptographic presigned access URLs.

4Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We commit to a 99.99% monthly uptime SLA across our Java 21 Virtual Threads API clusters, edge routers, and Redis message broker backplanes. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with at least 48 hours prior notice.

5Termination & Data Export

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings > General console. Upon workspace offboarding, you may trigger an automated ZIP snapshot export of all cloud assets and database schemas. Data is permanently purged from active memory after 30 days.
